The cover shooting mechanics are refined, enemy AI is smart and punishing, and the mission design is varied and surprising. The Division 2 is the best loot shooter I’ve ever played. There’s still room for improvement – in a game this vast, that only makes sense – but The Division 2 is definitely the best looter shooter we’ve ever had the pleasure of playing, and is a must-own for anyone interested in a blend between good FPS gameplay and the MMORPG genre’s more alluring, addictive qualities. Despite this concern however, just about everything else The Division 2 does is fantastic, and I have found myself logging back into it over and over again as I further explore what the game has to offer. These tasks certainly provide more interest than the simple fetch-quests found in most games, and it is interesting that mission characters are often more interesting than those who help propel the primary storyline forward. The thin story is not helped much by its characters and stands in sharp contrast to the intriguing setting and mission development. Choose skills that complement your playstyle and pick your specialization once you hit endgame. Create your very own agent and deck him or her out with countless weapons and gear. Take on other players in thrilling PvPvE in three new Dark Zones, endgame areas that pose greater challenges, or jump into pure player versus player action in Skirmish and Domination. Call for reinforcements and play with your friends or other players in co-op as you tackle the game’s more difficult missions. where you encounter different factions and meet new allies. Go through a new story campaign that takes you to different areas of Washington D.C. in the aftermath of the pandemic and now it’s up to The Division to reclaim the nation’s capital. The more you take risks the bigger the reward.Unrest has taken Washington D.C. But you can chose to disable the terminal so you have two left, increasing your reward but reducing the choke points for players to come at you. You have the choice when you reach one to trigger it and stop the manhunt you will get the rewards accordingly. “To get out of a manhunt you have to interact with Division terminals that are spread in the Dark Zones. “If you keep on killing players you will reach the manhunt status which his the biggest risk reward situation,” says El Zibaoui. However, if you think you can survive you can make things worse/better in search of better loot. 
“You need to try and escape other players during that time because if they kill you they will get the bounty and extra rewards,” says El Zibaoui. When that happens you can get great loot, but also a timed bounty on your head meaning you’ll really need to fight to keep it.
The Division 2’s Rogue system’s core escalation is killing another player/agent.
